Returns
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.  For custom items, sale items and gift cards, all sales are final

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please ensure you send the item back in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn or altered. Such items will be returned at the customer's expense. 

 

Please contact us prior to returning to obtain a return authorization code. You will need to include your order number and which item you are referring to in the email or your return will not be accepted.

Include your name and order number and return authorization code with your return package.

All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds will be issued. Your store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card.

Return shipping costs are full responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded to you

 

To start a return, you can contact us at heybabe@sweetsoulcompany.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or custom orders.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a store credit on a gift card.
